Join us for Galactic Conquest, a narrative 40K campaign built for the Academy community! In this high-stakes format, you’ll traverse the Koronus Expanse, fight for territories, defend them, and control entire sectors of the galaxy. With an entire team by your side, you will craft a powerfully upgraded army, led by your own custom warlord!
A fresh take on the traditional 40K Crusade, Galactic Conquest is a way to play tactically interesting matches against new opponents, with a renewed focus on balance and simplicity. With matches from 1,000 points and above available for the length of the campaign, there's something for every player, from the 40K newbie to the battle-hardened veteran. The campaign will run from Late February to Mid June, with a grand finale event at the end. Registration will be open until 2/20/2026.
To enlist your army, please complete ALL of the following steps:
- Purchase a ticket.
- Complete the registration form.
- Join the Academy's Discord server (required for scheduling matches).
- Read over the Conquest Rules.
- Attend the technically-not-mandatory-but-highly-recommended kick-off meeting on Saturday, 2/21 at 1:00PM.
Remember, Galactic Conquest will last four months and relies on the participation of all enlisted players. When you're matched against another player, you'll have 1.5 weeks in which to schedule and play the match. While we understand busy schedules and will do our best to accommodate you, it's also important that you're committed to completing all of your matches. You may play at the Academy outside of our scheduled 40K event time, provided that there is space available.
Included in your ticket is seven rounds of matches and an end-game event, a team t-shirt with custom art by Academy artist Ren, and a "thank you" gift of store credit to our awesome volunteer admins!
About the Captains: Galactic Conquest was built for the Academy's 40K fans by a team of dedicated community members—Chris S., Garrett S., Roman N., Bryce W., and Jack C. They'll be our team captains and will be handling the administration for Conquest, so you'll have the chance to meet them in-store and on our Discord server. This was a labor of love, and we're immensely thankful to our admins for investing their time and talents into our 40K community.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we canevaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used goods (such as pre-owned games or models), perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
