In the town of Barovia, the caw of an unseen raven can be heard from wherever you stand. A copper scent will forever linger in your noses, and the macabre is always hiding around every corner. The people unfortunate enough to live in Barovia are in a constant state of fear for their lives, and only one man can be blamed for it: the vampire darklord Count Strahd von Zarovich. It is your job to put an end to his reign of terror, and piece together why the Count became the vampire he is today, in order to take him down. Throughout this campaign, you will explore the beauty of Gothic horror through a tale of romance, betrayal, and bloodshed in the iconic module, Curse of Strahd.

What to Bring: 1st level character, using either 5.5 or 5e rules, whichever you are more comfortable with. Unearthed Arcana is allowed, and homebrew is as well, as long as it is approved by DM.

Profile: "Hi! My name is Katie O'Neill, and I am happy to be one of the DMs for the Academy! I try to put my personality into everything I do involving D&D, including my bachelor's degree in History, and also my love for everything Goth! I typically enjoy running adventures that are a bit more silly and goofy, but I can also put on a serious face when the time is right. I want my players to have as safe and as comfortable of an experience as possible, and I thrive off of knowing they are having fun! Cancellation Policy
In order to respect your GM's time and effort, you must notify us at least one week before your first session if you need to request a refund for your ticket. After that, tickets are nonrefundable but can be transferred to another player at your request.
Because your spot at the table is reserved, you'll be required to pay for each session even if you can't be there. We'll collect a $20 deposit after session 0.5 that will be used in the event you miss a session. When you return after missing a session, you will be required to refill your deposit before playing again.
If you need to leave a campaign permanently, you should give your GM as much notice as possible so they can fill your seat at the table. In the event that you leave a campaign before the end, your deposit will not be returned. Otherwise, it will be used to pay for your last session.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we canevaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used goods (such as pre-owned games or models), perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
