The town of Snowmelt is a small one, but is famous for its celebration of Thaw Day, a holiday to commemorate the marriage of the Goddess of Winter and Goddess of Spring. Normally, invitations for the celebration are sent out weeks in advance, the town aglow on the mountainside from the magic lights and decorations. But the town of Snowmelt has been eerily quiet in the time nearing Thaw Day, no decorations or merriment to be seen. A dark cloud hangs over the town, and someone must get to the bottom of what’s preventing the biggest party of the year.

Profile: "Hi, you can call me Declan or Riley (or both!), I use he/they pronouns, and I’ve been playing various TTRPG type adventures since 2014. I always put an emphasis on roleplay, player teamwork, and “rule of cool” in my adventures, trying to keep things fast, loose, and fun. I am constantly adjusting things on the fly to make sure every player at my table is involved in the action and in one another. I’m also a proud cat dad, artist, writer, and a player of Magic: the Gathering, which is something you’ve likely seen me playing at the store."

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we canevaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used goods (such as pre-owned games or models), perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
