For this adventure, seasoned D&D players are invited to "bring a friend"—whether that is a child, spouse, or rookie who is inexperienced in the hobby. Together, we’ll stumble through a brief D&D 5e adventure designed to show off what makes role-playing games fun!Sign up in pairs for a workshop that both "scratches the itch" for experienced players and introduces newer players to the hobby.
While this one-shot adventure is designed with more experienced players in mind, it is still appropriate for kids aged 9-13! We'll offer second level pregenerated characters for all participants so they'll be able to sit down at the table and start rolling the dice right away. We ask that any adventurers under 12 "bring a friend" who is an adult.

Plot Summary: This adventure is meant to give the Academy’s aspiring adventurers a chance to rub elbows with more seasoned players! While this adventure uses the full D&D 5e ruleset, it should be easy for new players (including kids ages 9-13) to participate with the help of the experienced player they are partnered with.
About the Dungeon Master: Your DM is Andrew Smith. Not only is he a skilled game master, he’s a former educator, a computer programmer, and a father. He’s a friend of the Academy and we know he will be your friend as well.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we canevaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like used goods (such as pre-owned games or models), perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
