Schedule a Campaign

Game Masters, when you're ready to add your next campaign to the Academy schedule, start here!

Steps

1. If it's your first campaign, submit your GM profile form.
2. Check our GM calendar for availability on your proposed campaign date(s).
3. Submit your campaign form.

Reminders

• Multi-session campaigns should, as a rule, run every week. Any scheduling conflicts should be discussed with players at your first session.
• In order to keep games open for new players, campaigns should run no longer than three months. Any campaign that runs longer will become a private game. Private games are welcome to keep playing at the Academy as long as there's room—and there often will be!—but campaigns that are open to new players will have the first shot at any open tables.
