While most players describe only their character’s actions within the fictional world of the adventure, the person taking on the role of Dungeon Master (DM) describes everything else in the fiction of the story. That responsibility can be challenging as it includes the challenges faced by the player characters, the environment, the monsters, and any non-player characters.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSome worry that taking the role of DM calls for a lot of work and hardship. However, by rising to this challenge, one can be at the center of all the fun, excitement, and creativity of running a game session. It can be very rewarding, and ultimately make the DM a better player as well.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis workshop will tell a story, but it will be shaped by each and every player on a principal level.
