The driving force for this exploration is a literally black and white detective agency known as Phage Eye. Madame Vhage, the head inspector of the Agency, oversees problems and troubles across the Domains of Dread and sends out her (sometimes willing) teams of adventures to get to the bottom of the cases. This particular chapter follows our party as they work to foil the plans of the mysterious Cult of Nine operating in the domain of Borca.
